And that about wraps up the year and also this ongoing feature. Since starting this endeavor, several things have happened that have hampered the fun factor for this weekly feature: the dissolve of The Dissolve (including my regular spot in the comments) and how Netflix has helped make it much more difficult to find streaming notices on their website. The company now seems to control the information more and more, as their monthly lists of new and expiring streaming titles are given out to online journalists for publication.
